Taylor’s provides services designed to offer the luxury of a full services salon without having to leave the comforts of home. Greater emphasis is placed upon improving a person’s self-esteem and their dignity.
Taylor’s realizes that a clean well groomed appearance improves a person’s sense of well beings.
Our success is founded on the principles of quality, excellent services, compassion and communication with our clients. We focus on understanding the needs of our clients and aim to provide those needs.
Taylor’s was founded by Angela Taylor –Bullard a Certified Nurses Assistant and a 26 years Licensed Cosmetologist .She was prompted by the desire to enhance the level of care provides by the health facilities .
Mrs. Taylor/Bullard has first –hand knowledge and experience borne out of the care for her special need son.
Who struggle with small thing that we the normal take for granted. It was also through the appreciation of sound business research the ideal of Taylor’s Bold &Beautiful Salon on Wheels was conceived.
Taylor’s offers residents full salon services such as hair and scalp treatment.
Feet and hand care, precision hair cuts, facials, conditioner, shaves, range of motion massages, and many other salon and health services along with compassion and quality service.
Taylor’s also creates an atmosphere conducive to stimulating social, mental and physical development.
Mrs. Taylor/Bullard staffs have the experience and training necessary to work effectively with this unique population accomplishes this.
Taylor’s personally subsidizes service for 80% of the residents residing in nurse home –and 15% is free of the charge due to their financial .and 5% pay a non-competitive fee for services.
Eighty percents of the residents are 70 years of age and above, fair to poor health and receive state assistance for living expenses.
\Approximately 20% of the clients served is under 55 years of age and have some level of mental retardation, or developmental disability or some form of dementia.
Taylor’ Bold& Beautiful Salon Care Services Agency has a nonprofit organization that hold a tax-exempt status granted through the Internal Revenue code 501©3
